3 Magic Words.

  • Now and again there are days when I’m tempted to have a slice of some ones Birthday cake at work or  try a piece of party food when I’m out. But I don’t feel bad about that as this is only a once in a while thing. I’ve learnt these Three Magic Words that I use to focus my mind and regain perspective… Consistency! Consistency! Consistency!.. because if I carry on day to day with my Diet I’ve only lost that one little mealtime battle and not the lifestyle War!
